CBL-Project 2

This is the first phase of the second CBL project, where the electronics and mechanical engineering skills are combined to create something that interacts with the world.

Your MOTHer

The project

Your MOTHer is a moth that flies towards the light. This project was developed together with my colleague Leanda Wenus, where the moth has two light sensors that are connected to a stepper motor that moves in the direction of the light, creating the impression of a moth flying toward the light.

The Moth

My part in this project was mostly developing the visible aspects, such as the moth and the structure. To create this I made use of SolidWorks, 3D printing, and the workshop.

The result

Stormy

Stormy?

The interactive companion.

Through extensive research and development, we managed to create a companion that not only interacts with users but also enhances their behavior in tangible ways. This journey has lead to the creation of our final product: Stormy.

Dissassembly

During these two weeks, we put into practice our sketching skills and learned about the sustainability of the different parts that form a fan.

Bridge

During this project, we put into practice our physics knowledge to create a strong paper bridge.
