A little bit about me...
Who I am:
I am a human-centered designer driven by the belief that design should improve people’s daily lives in both subtle and profound ways. My journey began growing up immersed in blueprint, design discussions, and surrounded by creativity, has sparked my desire to become an inventor, constantly seeking ways to improve the objects and spaces around me. My mother’s work as an interior designer has had a lasting influence on me, teaching me the value of creating spaces that not only serve a functional purpose but also bring joy and positively impacts those who interact with them.

I aim to create something new. Something that will improve peoples lives, just as my mother does.

While I admire the work of my parents, I am still exploring my own path as a designer, one that is both innovative and helpful.

The values instilled in me by the Scouts have also played a crucial role in shaping who I am as a designer. Through teamwork, effort, and the act of helping others, I’ve developed a mindset that embraces challenges with a sense of purpose and optimism. These experiences have influenced the way I approach design problems, always seeing them as opportunities to create solutions that make a positive impact.

Throughout my first year, I’ve discovered that I thrive in projects where technology and empathy meet, particularly those involving people who need additional support. I’m learning that my strengths lie in concept development, user research, and turning insight into actionable design. At the same time, I recognize that I procrastinate when not fully engaged, which I’m addressing by setting clearer goals and working more intentionally.

Above all, I want to design not just products, but experiences, ones that empower people to feel capable, supported, and independent. Especially for those who often go unnoticed in the design process, I want my work to give them more autonomy and dignity in their day-to-day lives.

My Vision:
I want to create opportunities for every person to reach their full potential. My focus is on supporting those with physical or cognitive challenges who may struggle with independence, helping them take steps toward greater autonomy. At the same time, I aim to ease the lives of the caregivers.
My vision is to design solutions that merge innovation, aesthetics, and technology to support individuals, especially the elderly and those with cognitive challenges, in living more independent, fulfilling lives.

Design for me is more than a profession; it’s a way to shape the world with empathy and impact. I believe that by deeply understanding users, especially those with unique needs, I can develop products that transform lives in small but powerful ways. I am particularly passionate about the future of AI-assisted healthcare and assistive technologies, and I want to be at the forefront of integrating these tools into daily experiences.

To bring this vision to life, I aim to:
-
Continue exploring AI-driven, human-centered innovation through hands-on projects.
-
Grow my skills in UX/UI, physical-digital product integration, and inclusive design.
-
Pursue internships and collaborations where I can connect real user needs with meaningful product outcomes.
-
Maintain a lifelong focus on people.

In the long term, I aspire to lead projects that balance technical feasibility, emotional value, and sustainable impact, helping create a world where design empowers rather than excludes.
